Coaching is not a trick, it is an art. I obtained my professional education and certification at the Coaching Academy International in The Netherlands. Coaching for me is a self driven and experience based learning process, in which you are challenged and supported by me to develop your consciousness, identify your alternatives, make a decision and take responsibility to generate action.
