I am passionate about knowledge management. I started experimenting for Andersen with groupware applications in the early nineties. After a period of three years as a director of transportation and warehousing companies, I rejoined the company mid nineties in order to be full time involved with knowledge management. I co-developed the knowledge management methodology and training for Andersen Worldwide. As of late nineties, I founded the Andersen Knowledge Centre for Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa and served as its director for three years.

Expanding my horizons I joined the international development arena to lead a group of information and communication professionals for the water and sanitation sector.

I have consulted small and large private companies, educational institutes, (I)NGO's, the WorldBank and the UN. I have been a guest lecturer on knowledge management at the University of Groningen and Nyenrode University , a guest speaker at the annual EFQM conference in Rome and more recently a three year part time lecturer and chair of the assessment committee of a Dutch University.

Finally, I am a personal coach for individuals and management teams.
