How to work well together with full trust, companionship and open communications was their main coaching question. Both parties had already extensive experience running their own business, which in both cases had grown organically. Now they wanted to merge their businesses and form a new management team. They were all well aware that their communication skills could pose a threat to the continuity of their newly established farm, as they had run their farms for decades by themselves. Using both my experience with setting up new teams and coaching I facilitated them by raising their consciousness, offering feedback, models, tips and tools and challenging them to take more and more control of their own process again.
