If KM is the solution, what's the problem?
KM improves our ability to solve problems. It is, in many ways, a generic solution to the problem of not knowing what to do. Consequently, it reduces the frequency of situations where we don't know what to do; it enhances our ability to figure out what to do when we don't know what to do; and, by doing both of those, KM shortens the life and severity of the problems we encounter.
